Although this saying is very old &quot;if you make your customer happy then customer wont leave you&quot; but this is also fitted into today&#039;s business environment.  Today custome have so many ways to escilate their greviances to their seller which is a very good because limited source of escilation put customer in uncomfortable situation where he found him/her self.</description>
